"I became a Project Smile president because I have always been dedicated to helping put smiles on children’s faces. Organizing, collecting and dropping off new toys to the children at the hospital is easy. The joy from getting that toy is priceless and I want to help kids have a little enjoyment during such a hard time.

My favorite part of being a Project Smile president is meeting with my team and discussing fundraising ideas. We have been very fortunate to have the support from our peers."

"I became a Project Smile president because I wanted to help give back to my local community. Hearing about Project Smile's mission to spread smiles among pediatric patients made me want to help the cause because it is great to make someone else's day, especially someone who is a pediatric hospital patient. My favorite part of being a Project Smile president is knowing that I may be making a pediatric patient happy with the toys that my chapter donate's to local hospitals. Some children need that extra toy or extra support to smile when they are a hospital patient, and I love knowing that I can contribute to their smile."

"I always wanted to start a club in High School, and Project Smile seemed perfect. Being able to make a kid’s hospital stay just a little better is such a good cause. It makes me so happy that we can be a small part of their recovery. I always aspire to make other people happy, and this was the perfect opportunity.

I love being able to run a club like this. Organizing fundraisers and then being able to donate toys to nearby hospitals is so fun and makes me feel so good. Also, because Project Smile is such a good cause it makes all of the organizing and fundraisers even more fun knowing that in the end we will be making kids happy."

"I decided to become a Project Smile President because I always have wanted to help put a smile on children's faces. It started when I was 7 years old and decided to make bracelets during the summer to sell around my town and raise money for kids who were stuck inside the hospital while I was enjoying my summer outside. I wanted to be able to help these kids somehow and ended up raising $1,500 to donate to the children's hospital of Mountainside, NJ. I knew it would be a perfect time to restart my journey of helping children around the world keep a smile on their face."

"We decided to become Project Smile Co-Presidents at our school because we strongly believe in Project Smile’s mission to spread joy and smiles throughout the pediatric units in local hospitals. We have spent a number of years volunteering for children with special medical needs and this is a subject near and dear to us. We love working with our peers to come up with creative fundraisers and help contribute to the mission of Project Smile!"
